A Kashmir resident, Amir Rashid Ali is learnt to have conspired to carry out the blast in Delhi with suicide bomber Umar Nabi. Ali, a resident of Pampore, had travelled to Delhi to facilitate the purchase of the vehicle used as a car-borne IED. The white Hyundai i20, that exploded near Red Fort on Monday was registered in his name.
